Rebranding

Over the last two months we completed a rebranding effort that brought the company under the single WatchTower15 brand, effective across the platform, the website and these docs in mid-2026. The change stemmed from a need for a clearer path in the product: one name for what you buy, what you deploy, and what you read about, so everything lines up.

The company entity has changed as part of the rebrand. Your billing and payment structures are unchanged — pricing, payment terms, currency and payment methods all stay exactly as they are. The practical differences are only these:

  • The new entity name appears on all client invoices going forward. Where invoices were previously issued under our former company name, they now come from WatchTower15 Incorporated.
  • Existing agreements continue in force. Your current order forms, contracts and subscriptions carry over to the new entity automatically — there is nothing to re-sign and no interruption to service.

None of this introduces friction to payments or requires action on your side beyond, if your process needs it, updating the payee name and remittance details in your accounts-payable system (see below).

To reiterate: amounts, schedules and payment methods do not change — only the entity name on your invoice, and the remittance details associated with it.

If your accounts-payable or procurement process needs to onboard the new entity — a W-9, updated payee name, and bank/remittance details — request a vendor pack from:

We provide the W-9 (which carries our federal tax ID) and bank remittance details within the vendor pack on request, rather than publishing them here, which is standard practice and keeps those details out of the public domain.

The new entity is US-based and does not charge VAT. Customers in the EU, UK and other VAT jurisdictions account for VAT themselves under the reverse-charge mechanism, exactly as before — the rebrand does not change this.
