HTTP status 402 · code: payment_required
The organisation has no valid payment method, so this operation is refused, a scan run through the API included. This is about the organisation’s billing, not about the key. A scan refused this way bills nothing and starts no cooldown.

Section titled “What the answer carries”Every problem document carries type, title, status, code, detail and request_id. This code adds nothing to them.
What to do
Section titled “What to do”Add a payment method under Organisation → Billing. See billing. Retrying cannot succeed before that.
